AAS is developing a reading program that they hope to have out this fall (I think, if I remember right).
I teach my kids separately, and I only need one set of tiles. My kids are on such different spelling levels that keeping them together just was…
I would pin her down more as to what she did and didn't like.

I am Angela and have just discovered AAS and will start my kids on it when it arrives in a week or so. I noticed that you have mentioned Singaporean maths books, are you in Singapore? I am in Singapore, if you, are do you want to catch up? Angela
Hey, I got my Right Start math kit C. I'm a bit overwhelmed! Do I need to read all the information before I start? It seems like a lot to learn. I know you are a math person, so maybe it wasn't as overwhelming for you. What do you think? Should I get the background info on everything first, or jump in with the first lesson? Thanks! Janet
My ds is about to be 10. He is kinda 3rd/4th grade. I think he and dd both enjoy WWE, so even though we are just in level two, I think I'll finish it before deciding if I should change to CW. I may just stay with WWE until we have "caught up" with where they are publishing-wise. Since I didn't do much with writing this school year, it may take longer than I think to get through all of WWE Level 2. I did like that CW included more grammar etc. But, WWE is soooo easy to use. I love that!
Hey, Just wanted to tell you that I bought WWE at a conference recently-we've only used it for three days--but I am really excited about it. I've already been showing it to all my friends! Thanks for the recommendation! Now, I'm wondering if my ds will need to move to CW sooner than they will have out the next level of WWE. I'm just using the workbooks--I didn't want to wait until I had read all the theory.. I also ordered Right Start Math for dd. So, you should be getting commissions on these products! Thanks for your great advice!!
I wanted to say thank you, for all the information about WWE. It sounds great. I was hoping to purchase IEW, but it's sooo expensive, and I've heard so many good things about WWE. I think I'm going to try this first.
Now I'm just debating whether I should start in workbook 1 or 2. anyhow thanks!
I would like your suggestion to my daughter Suzanna Christy who is studying First standard in an English Medium School. She needs some motivation to read lessons on her own. What are the methods? Kindly suggest some methods. Thank you.
