Question about syllable types

Is there a list available for download for all of the syllable types the children should have learned to date (ie. VCE, open, vowel team)? I am having a hard time trying to remember them all when teaching my children! It would be good to be able to have something available such as the Syllable Division Rules chart which comes with the curriculum so that review when teaching could be done....

Permalink Reply by Merry on January 12, 2010 at 8:56pm: Hi Patricia--Take a look in the front section of your book. It should have a page with the syllable types on it. By the end of Level 2 they've learned 5 types, and they learn the 6th in Level 3. Does that help?

What I am hoping for is a chart on thicker card stock that I can put up on the wall as I have done with the Syllable Division Rules chart included with the packet. I think it would be quite helpful for my children to be able to review often outside of 'spelling class time'. In the mean time, however, I will copy the chart on page 6 and include that.
